One cream, fifteen days. The page had to prove it.

DEOZEN sells an armpit cream that, the brand says, keeps odour away for up to 15 days after one use. To anyone with a stick in the bathroom, that sounds like a stretch.

The client
One product, sold online, in shops and wholesale
DEOZEN is a Ukrainian brand of armpit deodorant cream. It sells from its own site, through beauty shops across the country and wholesale to retailers.
15

What we were asked for
A site that sells one product to people who have never tried it, in the colours of the pack: gold, green and white.
Screens
Home, which is also the product page; cart and checkout in one window; discounts, contacts and 404; pop-ups, forms, favicon and link cover. Later, where to buy offline and a page for wholesale buyers.
Platforms
Desktop and phone. Wireframes and copy first, then the interface, December 2025 to February 2026.
The ask, in the client’s words
“We hired DizArm to redesign and update the DEOZEN website to increase online sales and strengthen the brand’s positioning.”
The proof already existed: lab reports, videos from buyers, shops that stock the cream. The page had to put each one where the doubt comes up.
The problem

A two-week deodorant sounds like a claim

From the brief and the wireframe stage · DEOZEN, December 2025
[ 01 ]
The buyer compares it with the stick in their bathroom. Anything that lasts longer than a day needs a reason, not a bigger number.
[ 02 ]
“Works on the cause, not the symptom” means nothing until the page says which cause, and how, in words a buyer uses.
[ 03 ]
Lab reports, videos from buyers and shops that stock it count as proof only if a buyer meets them before the price.
The first screen, agreed in grey
The wireframe from the first stage. The order of the page and every headline were settled as copy before any photo or colour went in. The line marks the bottom of a 1440 × 900 viewport.
Who buys
Two buyers, one product
The same page speaks to someone who has never tried a cream deodorant and to a shop deciding whether to stock it.
[ 01 ]
Buys for themselves
The buyer tired of reapplying
Uses a stick or spray every morning, sometimes twice, and still checks by evening. Has never heard of a deodorant cream that lasts days.
Comes for
A reason to believe “up to 15 days”, and proof it won’t irritate the skin.
Stops at
A claim with nothing behind it, ingredients listed in Latin, and no idea how long one box lasts.
Answered by
A table against the usual deodorants, the mechanism in three sentences, each ingredient with what it does, and “24 sachets, about six months” beside the price.
[ 02 ]
Buys to resell
The shop deciding whether to stock it
A beauty shop, an online store or a buyer for a chain. Needs a product that sells again without a long explanation at the till.
Comes for
The terms: minimum order, price, the recommended retail price, and whether buyers come back.
Stops at
Terms given only over the phone, and nothing that shows the product sells.
Answered by
A wholesale block on the product page — ten boxes minimum, prepaid, retail price fixed, the first ten shipped at the brand’s cost — and later a page for retailers with a price-list request.
The bet

The page answers each doubt before it asks for the order.

[ 01 ]
Problem, solution, proof, action. Every block has one job, and the order follows how a buyer decides.
[ 02 ]
Compare, don’t praise. The cream is set against the deodorant the buyer already owns, line by line.
[ 03 ]
The button is never far. The first screen, the middle and the end each lead to a way to buy, with free delivery from 1,000 UAH beside it.
Three rules, one page. Every change below is one of them applied.
Stage by stage
What the buyer asks at each point, and what the page answers
One block per stage. Each carries the doubt it meets, what we put there, and the number we watched to know it worked.
[ 01 ]
First screen
The doubt it meets
What is this, and why would a deodorant last two weeks?
What we did, and why
A couple on a tennis court instead of a pack on a table, long protection from odour as the headline, one line on how it works — on the cause, not the symptom — and the packs beside the button, because the first screen has to say what it is before anyone scrolls.
What it had to move
Bounce rate · −18% in the first two weeks
[ 02 ]
The argument
The doubt it meets
How is it different from the stick I already use?
What we did, and why
A table against ordinary deodorants — masks the smell or works on bacteria, 4–6 hours or up to 15 days — then how it works in three sentences and five ingredients with what each one does, because a buyer trusts a comparison sooner than praise.
What it had to move
Clicks on the buy buttons · +20%
[ 03 ]
Proof
The doubt it meets
Who says it works, and is it safe for my skin?
What we did, and why
Short videos from real buyers, the Intertek test reports as documents a buyer can open, and a FAQ on why it lasts, whether it is safe and who should not use it, because the last doubt before paying is about safety.
[ 04 ]
Cart and checkout
The doubt it meets
What will it cost to get it here, and how long will this take?
What we did, and why
Cart and checkout in one window over the page: quantity, who it goes to, a Nova Poshta city and branch, then payment, with the cash-on-delivery fee stated in hryvnias before the button, because a surprise at the end is where orders stop.
What it had to move
Conversion rate · +18%, on mobile +38%
[ 05 ]
Offline and wholesale
The doubt it meets
Can I see it in a shop first? Can my store stock it?
What we did, and why
A map of every town where shops stock DEOZEN, and wholesale terms in the open — ten boxes minimum, prepaid, retail price fixed, the first ten shipped at the brand’s cost — later grown into a page for retailers.
Stages 02 and 04 carry the decision. Both are below, the wireframe next to the shipped design.

Stage 02 · The argument
Five lines against the stick a buyer already owns
A buyer judges a new product by the one in their bathroom. The page makes that comparison for them, line by line, and puts the button under the column it argues for.
Wireframe
The wireframe: the comparison was written as copy first, five lines a side, before any photo or colour went in.

Buys for themselves
[ 1 ]
What they already know, on the left
Masks the smell, blocks sweat, 4–6 hours, gives up on a stressful day, leaves marks: the left column describes the stick from the buyer’s own experience.
Buys for themselves
[ 2 ]
An answer for every line
Each line on the right answers the one opposite: works on the bacteria, lets the skin sweat, up to 15 days, holds under stress, no marks.
Both buyers
[ 3 ]
The button under the answer
“Try now” sits under the DEOZEN column with the pack above it, so reading the answer and choosing it happen in one place.
What we left out
Praise. No “best”, no “unique”, no stars in the table: each line says what the product does and lets the buyer check it against their own stick.
Stage 04 · Cart and checkout
A cart page became a window over the product
Where does it go, how do I pay, what will it cost in the end — the checkout answers in that order, without taking the buyer off the page they were reading.
Wireframe
The wireframe: a separate cart page, the form in three steps and the order summary on the right.

Both buyers
[ 1 ]
One window over the page
The cart opens over the product page. Closing it returns the buyer to the block they were reading, with the story still around the form.
Buys for themselves
[ 2 ]
Nova Poshta: city, then branch
Two drop-downs instead of an address field, the way people in Ukraine already receive parcels.
Buys for themselves
[ 3 ]
The fee before the button
Cash on delivery costs 2% plus 20 UAH at Nova Poshta. The page says so under the option, before the order is confirmed.
What we left out
A separate cart page. The wireframe had one; the shipped cart opens over the page, so a buyer who hesitates is still in the story, not on a form.
DEOZEN · What every decision on this page rests on
[ 02 / 04 ]

The cream did not change. What changed is that the page now shows why it lasts.

What changed
The home page, which is also the product page, and the cart with checkout. Each block now answers one doubt, in the order a buyer has them.
What we left alone
The formula, the pack, the price and the brand’s colours — gold, green and white — as the client asked.
What we would do next
Read conversion by device and by source. With +38% on mobile against +18% overall, the phone is where the page works hardest; the next round starts there.
“What stood out the most was their ability to combine strategy with aesthetics.”

Shop for Community
To ensure the new purchase feature and complete store redesign were intuitive, we tested a prototype with the Pko user community. The results confirmed a seamless user experience, recording an average session duration of 93 seconds and a conversion rate exceeding 80%.

TandemShop
Initially, 80% of Tandem Shop visitors didn’t scroll past the first screen, missing key products and calls to action. By improving site navigation and visibility, average order value grew by 19.4%.

Pick Up Shoes
Pick Up Shoes sells original Adidas, Puma, Nike and ASICS online across Ukraine. The stock was real; the site gave buyers reasons to doubt it, so we rebuilt the pages that carry the order.

To reduce cart abandonment, our team implemented smart shipping badges, real-time currency updates, and dynamic checkouts. This localized approach eliminated regional confusion and ensured transparent pricing for all shoppers.
